Ran tonight with Brad and John from work. We had a good pace with a little sprint at the end. Brad won!!! John says he's out for blood next week. I am changing my the program a little. Thursday runs will now be Wed. night runs from our Member Service Center in Suffolk. Brad, John and myself will be leaving around 5:30 and everyone is welcome to join us!!!
